Description
Jaime’s Place Adult Family Home has six individual bedrooms with private bathrooms. We have an awake staff attending and giving personalized care 24 hours a day. Our home is a showcase of the national Green House Project concept. Our priority is to provide a home for Methow Valley residents. We enjoy family visitors, who sometimes bring or cook a dinner for everyone, and the staff cooks the residents’ favorites on the menu.

Sponsoring Organization History
The Cove opened it’s doors as the Methow Valley Food bank on April 23, 1998, with the expressed purpose of demonstrating God’s love in our community. This goal was to be accomplished through short-term assistance by distribution of supplemental food and long-term assistance by developing relationships and a resource network. In 2000, The Cove was given its non-profit and 501(C) (3) tax status. In 2002 another avenue of care was started for the elderly of the Methow Valley.

Sponsoring Organization Mission
The Cove began as a food bank to serve the nutritional needs of those living in poverty in the Methow Valley, in Washington. Soon, The Cove began providing emergency financial assistance to families in temporary crisis, and found that individuals and families with special circumstances needed more than emergency assistance. The Cove continues to evolve to serve the needs of its community.
