Located on Green House Lane, the four Green House homes at Lebanon Valley Brethren Home are exclusively for residents who required skilled nursing care. They sleep in their private bedroom, have a private bathroom, and decorate their own rooms. Porches and patios give them abundant access to the outdoors and plants. Green House homes feature ceiling-track lifts, adaptive devices, and wireless communications technologies, as well as life-enhancing features such as whirlpool rooms and attached garages for residents to board and disembark from vehicles within sheltered areas.

Located in Palmyra, PA, a central Pennsylvania town about 10 minutes from Hershey (the “Chocolate Capital” of the USA) Lebanon Valley Brethren Home (LVBH) is a freestanding Continuing Care Retirement Community founded in 1979. LVBH is related to the Atlantic Northeast District of the Church of the Brethren, and is home to 575 residents, of whom 70% are in independent living apartments and cottages. LVBH also offers skilled nursing, dementia care, personal care, adult day care, and an on-site child day care program.
